Shipping & Delivery
We handcraft each order with care in small batches. Because of this, we ask that you allow up to 7 working days before your order is dispatched.
UK Delivery
All parcels are sent via Royal Mail (usually 1st Class or Signed For, depending on order value and size).
Delivery costs a flat £5, which covers postage, packaging, and a little peace of mind.
Delivery is FREE for all orders £30 and over.
Infused Oils & Made-to-Order Items:
Some products, like our rosemary hair oil, take up to 14 days to infuse before they’re ready to ship. If this applies to your order, we’ll mention it clearly on the product page and keep you updated by email.
